Interim Management
This involves the rapid provision of integrated senior
management support. Often a client has a requirement
to manage growth, change direction or expand into new
markets. The breadth and depth of experience an Interim
Manager brings will benefit the client without diluting
the focus of the in house team. Interim professionals
are therefore both strategic and hands on managers who
are frequently over qualified for the equivalent permanent
role. They operate as Ltd companies and do not therefore
go onto the clients' payroll. They are generally paid
a daily rate. A typical assignment is between 6 and
12 months with the timescale more often being defined
by the completion of the project.
The following are examples of situations where interim
managers are of particular value:
- Change Management
- Business Acceleration
- Crisis Management
- Gap/ Project Management
